Project Anchor is developed to meet the needs of two identified residents, delivered through the sensitive conversion of an existing bungalow. The project was commissioned by Gloucestershire health and social care commissioners and delivered in partnership with First Priority (Housing Association) and Pride Healthcare (Support Provider). The scheme was designed to provide safe, separate and purpose built accommodation, supporting individuals transitioning from inpatient hospital settings into community based living. A central aim of the project was to maximise independence while ensuring appropriate safeguards were embedded within the built environment.

Project Guildhall is a new‑build Specialised Supported Housing (SSH) development delivered in partnership with Kent County Council, CareTech (Support Provider), and EHSL (Housing Association). Located on a constrained primary high‑street site, the scheme demonstrates how high‑quality, safe, and non‑institutional supported housing can be successfully integrated into a busy urban environment while fully complying with Purpose Social Homes’ New Build Standard Specification for SSH.

Project Coombe is a landmark project designed to provide Specialised Supported Housing (SSH) for individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and long-term mental health needs. This initiative aligns with national and local priorities to deliver inclusive, high-quality homes that enable independent living while ensuring access to tailored support services. The scheme comprises a four-storey building with 40 purpose-built self-contained apartments, out of which 10 apartments are Specialised Supported Housing delivered by Purpose Social Homes with integrated communal spaces, and landscaped surroundings. The project was delivered under a planning framework that included a Section 106 Agreement, ensuring contributions to community infrastructure such as healthcare, education and public open spaces.

Purpose Social Homes revisited a previously completed project in the Gloucestershire area to enhance and refine key adaptation works for a vulnerable resident with complex support and care needs. Although the original modifications were delivered in line with the resident's requirements at that time, it later became apparent that additional adaptations were necessary to fully meet their bespoke needs. The goal was to ensure the environment remained safe, functional, and therapeutic for the resident.

Project Little Wonder involved the design and construction of a three-and-a-half-storey building to provide 6 self-contained Specialised Supported Housing apartments using class C3b with staff accommodation in the roof space and a disabled parking space to meet the specific needs of intended residents with learning disabilities and/or autism.

Project Empower involved the design and construction of a part 3-storey, part 2-storey building containing 12 one-bedroom self-contained Specialised Supported Housing apartments for C2 or C3 use, with a communal lounge for the residents, staff office, staff sleep-in accommodation, associated car parking and cycle/refuse storage, following the demolition of existing buildings.

The development comprises a newly built 4-storey detached property comprising nine residential units with 5 x 1-bed apartments, 3 x 2-bed duplexes,1 x 1-bed duplex plus Staff Hub and sleep-in accommodation. The accommodation is all accessed from the rear of the site. The ground and first-floor flats comprise single-bedroom units, with the second-floor flats comprising two-bedroom maisonettes set across the second and third floors.

Erection of a two-storey building containing 3 x 1 bed self-contained Supported Living Accommodation on the ground floor, mixed-use (Class C2/C3), with communal staff facilities on the first floor and car parking after the demolition of existing properties on-site. This project was completed in partnership with Southampton City Council, Inclusion Housing and Imperial Homes.

Project East is located in Havant Town Centre with all of the amenities of the town right on the doorstep of the individuals that live there. This is a purpose-built development consisting of 8 self-contained apartments with additional communal areas and access to an outside garden area to cater for the needs of adults with learning difficulties, challenging behaviour, physical disabilities and complex health needs, focusing on the quality of care and supporting them to live independent lives.

Project Brockhurst was completed in partnership with NHS Hampshire and Isle of Wight Integrated Care Board, Hampshire County Council, Inclusion Housing and Advance Housing and Support in the Gosport area. The scheme was commissioned for four individuals with complex care and support needs. The property underwent adaptation works to provide bespoke specifications that cater to the unique needs of the intended residents to live life fully and independently in the community.

Project BR was delivered in partnership with Elim Housing which involved reconfiguring a bungalow to provide bespoke accommodation for an individual with learning disability, autism and complex care needs who has spent a significant amount of time in the Hospital.

Project Wildmoor is a property alteration and upgrade project which was completed for Hampshire County Council to provide Specialised Supported Housing for two young adults with Learning Disabilities and/or Autism.

Project WV was delivered in partnership with NHS Gloucestershire, Gloucestershire County Council and Elim Housing Association to provide Specialised Supported Housing for people with learning disabilities and/or autism.

Project Highfield involved upgrading and renovating a property with the aim of creating Specialised Supported housing. This housing was intended to cater to young individuals who faced profound learning difficulties and autism, which led to challenging behaviour, especially instances of self-harm.

Project Jacobs is a property alteration and refurbishment project to provide Specialised Supported Housing for two young adults with learning disabilities and/or autism.

Project Drove is a Property Upgrade and Refurbishment project to provide Specialised Supported Housing. The development provided two one-bed bungalows with staff accommodation in the Southampton area which are accessible, adaptable and purpose-built with extensive communal areas and open external space for residents who require a medium to high level of support.

Project Bays is a Property Upgrade and Refurbishment project to provide Specialised Supported Housing for two young adults with learning disabilities and/or autism.

Project Glebe is a property upgrade and refurbishment project which was completed for Kent County Council to provide Specialised Supported Housing for three young adults with Learning Disabilities and Autism.

Project Knights was delivered for Kent County Council to provide Specialised Supported Housing for 3 adults with Learning Disabilities and Autism.

Project Ford is a Property Alteration and Refurbishment project to provide Specialised Supported housing for people with Learning disabilities and/or Autism.
