There were planning issues, funding disputes, changes to nominations and potential void costs, but Purpose Social Homes were helpful as always. Shindy has been really helpful in making sure that there have been funds left and keeps me updated on the funding position. The first tenant to move in is doing very well, and a second young woman can’t wait to leave the hospital and move in, having chosen all the colours for her flat."
