Reconfiguration of floor plan in the main house to provide ensuite accommodation to all ground floor bedrooms.
Creation of two internal annexes within the main house, including a bedroom, en suite bathroom and separate living area within the main house.
Creation of three independent garden annexes within the grounds including bedroom, bathroom, living room and full kitchen facilities with attractive larch cladding.
Creation of staff accommodation and office space to allow for 24/7 care, support and comfortable accommodation for support workers.
Creation of new dedicated laundry to isolate the noise from the appliances and provide a dedicated space for laundry.
Electrical rewire and insulation upgrades to improve the building’s energy performance rating and to comply with the electrical installation regulations.
Fire alarm installation for the main house and three garden annexes to comply with legislation and provide a safe living environment for the resident and support workers.
Heating upgrade with new boiler and pressurised cylinder to improve the energy efficiency of the building and provide tamper-proof radiators.
Installation of new doors and furniture throughout to comply with fire regulations and provide robust, low maintenance furniture designed for modern living.
Wipeable walls and flooring finishes to ensure hygienic and robust living spaces that are easy to clean and maintain.
Landscaping works to create additional parking, a new dual entrance and separate, individual garden areas including new allotment space. This is to improve the safety and functionality of the garden space.
