Upway is a Property Upgrade and Refurbishment project to provide Specialised Supported housing for a resident with Learning disabilities and/or Autism.

Project Upton was completed for Hampshire and Isle of Wight Integrated Care Board which commissioned a bespoke package of care to meet the resident’s complex health and social care needs.

Project Seven was completed for Hampshire and Isle of Wight Integrated Care Board which commissioned a bespoke package of care to meet the resident’s complex health and social care needs.

Project Ascot was completed for NHS Southwest London Integrated Care Board which commissioned a bespoke package of care to meet the young resident’s complex health and social care needs.

Project Dale delivered an outstanding internal refurbishment and alteration of an existing bungalow to provide two self-contained accommodations for people who have significant mobility and balance needs, severe learning disabilities and autism.

Project Broadbridge is a property extension and alteration project providing 9 self-contained units with communal areas and support staff rooms.

The key focus on this project was to create the right environment by installing anti-ligature fittings throughout the property to prevent the risk of self-harm and provide a low-stimulus environment where the resident could better manage overwhelming and negative feelings.

The bespoke renovation not only ensured a safe and secure living environment but also empowered the resident to feel part of a community.

The success of Project Orchard is a testament to the importance of investing in Specialised Supported Housing and providing tailored support for individuals with learning disabilities and autism.

We designed and refurbished a new bungalow specifically tailored to the unique needs and preferences of a resident who had spent 30 years in the hospital. This project took a total of 6 months to complete.

Purpose Social Homes refurbished a 3 bedroom bungalow for one resident with highly complicated needs and adaptations.

An outstanding development of 9 one-bedroom self-contained SSH flats of varying sizes and configurations in the heart of Sittingbourne.

This is a mixture of shared and self-contained studios. Extensive refurbishment was undertaken, providing high quality accommodation for the 5 residents who, along with support staff accommodation, were already living together.

This project was delivered for a group of 5 individuals with autism. They had previously been living together very successfully for a number of years but needed more contemporary specialised supported housing to meet their environmental needs.

This project is the conversion of a former architectural iconic hotel, now restored to its former glory.

This project was completed for the North East London CCG for a young person with very high support needs.

Working with Surrey Heartlands Clinical Commissioning Group, Vegal Crescent was a project to upgrade and futureproof an existing residence. This minimises maintenance during the lease period ensuring limited disruption for the resident and an ease of tenancy.

The Chestnut Court project was completed alongside Voyage Care. It comprises of seven individual flats for residents with complex needs.

This project comprised of upgrading an existing building - a bespoke bungalow for one client with specific needs.

We worked on modernising and upgrading an existing property in order to house seven residents each with varying levels of autism.
