It’s the little details that can make all the difference in projects like Vegal Crescent. For example, it was known that the resident loves pink and hence her bedroom was painted accordingly. Not only did this create a relaxing and comfortable settling-in process, but also excitement and happiness for the resident in her new home.

Sleep-in support staff bedroom creation to allow for 24/7 care, support and comfortable accommodation for the support workers.
Upgraded fire detection system to comply with legislation and provide a safe living environment for the resident and support workers.
A new kitchen designed for safety and ease of use: induction hob, lockable cupboards and new appliances.
Keypad access and egress to ensure the safety and security of the resident.
Garden landscaping with the addition of acoustic fencing to provide a safe recreational outdoor space with minimum impact on the neighbours.
Wipeable walls and flooring finishes to ensure hygienic and robust living spaces that are easy to clean and maintain.
