Revitalising Brownfield Site
at Project Broadbridge
Key Stakeholders

Summary
Project Broadbridge is a property extension and alteration project to provide 9 self-contained units with communal areas and support staff rooms. This project was completed with the aim of providing a bespoke environment for the residents with associated learning disabilities and autism, who require substantial support with most of the aspects of day-to-day living.
An abandoned care home was transformed into a specialised supported housing facility, offering tailored living spaces for individuals with learning disabilities and autism. Through sustainable renovations and adaptive reuse, the once-neglected building now provides safe, supportive accommodation that meets modern care standards while minimizing environmental impact.
