Purpose Social Homes revisited a previously completed project in the Gloucestershire area to enhance and refine key adaptation works for a vulnerable resident with complex support and care needs. Although the original modifications were delivered in line with the resident's requirements at that time, it later became apparent that additional adaptations were necessary to fully meet their bespoke needs. The goal was to ensure the environment remained safe, functional, and therapeutic for the resident.

Project Empower involved the design and construction of a part 3-storey, part 2-storey building containing 12 one-bedroom self-contained Specialised Supported Housing apartments for C2 or C3 use, with a communal lounge for the residents, staff office, staff sleep-in accommodation, associated car parking and cycle/refuse storage, following the demolition of existing buildings.

Project Coombe is a landmark project designed to provide Specialised Supported Housing (SSH) for individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and long-term mental health needs. This initiative aligns with national and local priorities to deliver inclusive, high-quality homes that enable independent living while ensuring access to tailored support services. The scheme comprises a four-storey building with 40 purpose-built self-contained apartments, out of which 10 apartments are Specialised Supported Housing delivered by Purpose Social Homes with integrated communal spaces, and landscaped surroundings. The project was delivered under a planning framework that included a Section 106 Agreement, ensuring contributions to community infrastructure such as healthcare, education, and public open spaces.
