Creating Health and Harmony in the Community!
Purpose team attended the fourth ‘Creating Health and Harmony in the Community’ conference hosted by Bournemouth University. The event was organised by the Harmony Project, led by BU Honorary Doctorate and Lord Lieutenant of Dorset, Michael Dooley, who serves as the King’s representative in the county and the conference brought together partner organisations across the region.
His Majesty’s Lord Lieutenant of Dorset, Michael Dooley, led the day with his energy and enthusiasm for Harmony present throughout. Over a hundred participants gathered at the conference to reflect on the progress of the Dorset Journey, showcasing how individuals from various businesses and charities are working together to foster health and harmony within communities.
Creating health and harmony in communities is vital for our collective well-being and sustainability. It goes beyond mere absence of illness; it encompasses physical, mental, and social wellness. By embracing diversity and fostering supportive networks, we can build resilient communities that thrive.
