We are pleased to announce our partnership with Energy Report, a renowned industry expert offering the entire spectrum of sustainability and energy efficiency consultancy services.  
 
Purpose Social Homes are excited about this partnership and the positive impact it will have on the environment and company. By working closely with the Energy Report team, we are gaining valuable insights into the energy consumption patterns of our properties, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing tailored strategies to enhance overall energy efficiency.
 
Our objective is to enhance the EPC ratings of the properties, aiming for a B rating. To achieve this, Energy Report will furnish us with a preliminary EPC rating and conduct SAP energy calculations based on a desktop energy survey. This process ensures the technical feasibility of the desired rating during the design phase for each project.
 
Through this partnership, we will expedite our journey towards a cleaner and greener environment, whilst also positioning ourselves as a sustainability frontrunner in the Specialised Supported Housing sector.
