Purpose Social Homes is thrilled to announce the redevelopment of a former brownfield site into a vibrant new community known as “Project Harcourt”.
This project isn’t just about creating bespoke homes for vulnerable individuals, it’s about building a better future for both people and nature.

In addition to the high-quality specialised supported living spaces, we’ve integrated key ecology features such as bat and bird nesting sites which makes our projects more sustainable. These natural habitats play a crucial role in supporting urban biodiversity, helping preserve local wildlife while contributing to a healthier ecosystem. This development provides:

# Two integrated house sparrow nest boxes erected under the eaves to the east
# Two integrated swift nest boxes erected under the eaves to the west
# Two Invertebrates hotels
# Two bee bricks installed to the rear of the building at least 1.5m off the ground
