Purpose Social Homes is pleased to announce that Project W has been shortlisted for the UK Housing Awards in the “Partnership of the Year – Development” category. This project was delivered in partnership with Elim Housing Association, NHS Gloucestershire and Gloucestershire County Council.

The UK Housing Awards are a platform to showcase success and new ideas and spread learning across the social housing sector in the UK. The awards, now in their 27th year, are about identifying the social landlords, charities, and partners, who work with their communities to deliver great outcomes for tenants and residents.

A seven-bedroom detached house was transformed into two Specialised Supported Housing units along with staff accommodation for individuals with learning disabilities and complex needs.
